Refunds & Cancellations

24 Hour+ Advance Cancellation = Full Refund and Rescheduling upon GPL's availability.

***All customers must cancel within 24 hours in advance for a refund or a reschedule. After the 24 Hours has lapsed no refund will be given and no rescheduling can be made by the customer. ***

If you did not pay in advance and do not cancel within the 24 hour period you will be billed for the full amount of the detail/service you scheduled for. If you did pay in advance for a service, but do not show, fail to make contact before the 24 hour cancellation window, or show up late (anything exceeding 1 hour) then you will not receive a refund and will not be allowed to reschedule at no charge.

Cancellations MUST be made over the phone. No emails, no texts, no facebook messages or other. To Cancel please call before the 24 hour window.
